These terms govern purchases from AZ Chiro Shop at https://azchiroshop.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.

Who we are

AZ Chiro Shop sells physical recovery products for home use: cervical traction, lumbar support, posture training, and orthopedic sleep support. We are based in Arizona, United States. Contact: support@azchiroshop.com.

Products and prices

Product names, descriptions, what is included, and prices in USD are shown on each product card before you pay. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which Stripe may collect at checkout where required. We may update prices; the amount charged is the amount displayed at the time you complete payment.

Orders and payment

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). A charge appears under a descriptor associated with AZ Chiro Shop / AZCHIROSHOP. An order is confirmed when Stripe marks the payment successful. We may cancel an order for suspected fraud or if we cannot ship to the address provided.

Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates, methods, and any shipping charges are described in our Refunds & shipping policy and at checkout.

Not medical advice

Products are wellness and recovery tools. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed clinician. Stop use and consult a professional if you have pain, injury, or a medical condition. Traction, bracing, and sensors have inherent physical risks if used incorrectly; follow the included guides.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona and US law, AZ Chiro Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Arizona, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
